“She’ll Never Know”
These feelings inside
I know she’ll never know
it’s the choice she made
Hidden deep inside
the tears I’ll never show.
joy’s rainbow fades
What she is to me
I know she’ll never know
she’s the sun’s light
she’s why the stars do shine
she’s the moon’s golden glow
in the velvet night
These tears I cry
I know she’ll never know
they flow when I’m alone
Oh these tears
wish I could stop their flow
as those with hearts of stone
What she is to me
I know she’ll never know
she’s the flower’s song
she’s the rose
among the world’s thorns
for which I long.
This love inside
I know she’ll never know
from a heart torn in two
Maybe when I die
in my own little heaven
Cindy you’ll love me too.
What she is to me
I know she’ll never know
she’s my heart my soul
she’s my life
my heart’s only love
and I know she’ll never know
